Ghosties
and goulies and things that go bump in the night. Our spooky section

Landlady
Pam Morrell tells us the story...
He
took a fancy to one of the girls who used to work here, who unfortunately
held a previous assignation with another gentleman, and he wasn't
too pleased, so he did away with him.
Nowadays,
he does try and move things around, he pinches things like make
up and tweezers. He's also locked one of the girls in the cellar
for a short while. The door doesn't stick, and it has to be physically
held because she would be pulling it to open it and she just couldn't
budge it. She thought we were all playing tricks on her, but we
weren't - we weren't anywhere near!
Previous
owners have felt the presence of William, one couple used to come
down in a morning and there would be reams of till rolls about the
bar floor. But the strangest one is a couple's little girl who was
falling down the stairs. She would have gone headlong into a stone
wall and her dad just couldn't get to her, when someone caught her
and put her upright on the bottom step.

you had a ghostly experience in Lancashire? Tell us your spooky
stories.
