a try. The ancient art of yoga is sweeping the nation. We
take a look at the craze that'll leave you bendy bodied and spiritually
sound.

Yoga
has been around for thousands of years but it has only recently
caught the media's attention. Favoured by celebs this craze has
left La La land and hit the UK. Diet loving Geri might be able to
do the moves but is it suitable for us pie loving Lancastrians?

is yoga?
Yoga
is a type of exercise which helps to make you more strong and flexible
while at the same time helping you to relax. Some even say it brings
the mind and body into harmony! Yoga incorporates a mixture of breathing
exercises and yoga positions.
Who
can do yoga?
No
longer just associated with dippy hippies. Yoga is being embraced
by all types of people, young and old. It is made up of various
positions, from the basic to the eye watering, so there is something
to suit every ability.
What
do you need?
Comfortable
clothes so that you can stretch and move freely. As yoga becomes
more popular the amount of merchandise also grows. You can now buy
everything from yoga mats to videos and books.
