Baking cakes like Granny used to make

Katherine, Angela, Peter and Damian

In a country bakery in Knowle Green, Peter Yates and his small team are baking cakes just like Granny used to make. The Granny is Peter's wife's mother and her recipes for tea and coffee break treats like chocolate, coffee and walnut, lemon and coconut cake are whizzing out of the ovens and selling like, erm, hot cakes.
