Lancashire's old architecture

The Midland Hotel is a famous Art Deco building in Morecambe, built in 1933 to the designs of architect Oliver Hill, with sculpture by Eric Gill. The hotel is currently under redevelopment and due to open in 2008. Picture copyright Dave Clark.
