Excellent portraits of old Burnley and surrounding countryside. The sunsets are terrific. I could not help but feel that the St. Peter's Centre looked incongruous on our skyline. Thanks Eddy

Many thanks John. I think the contibutions by all the photographers shows what a lovely place Lancashire is.Also a thank you to Radio Lancashire for giving the space for all to see that Northern beauty

Pic No. 57 Sawley I've always fancied a walk up this road but my suffers from arthritisand prefers to ride , I believe though it is no longer open to traffic.

JOHN R MULLEN
Pic.No. 32 The stone faces of Thieveley is how I best remember my trips to Hebden Bridge.

JOHN R MULLEN
The No.26 Trees dancing in the snow,The first time I saw this view I was on my way to Hebden Bridge via'Burnley and Todmorden from oswaldtwistle to see a pal of mine. Wow ! I thought I had arrived in the Rockie's, later I used the Hebden bus service Via, the long cause way, so Eddie's pictures bring back some very nostalgic memories for me. I still travel these two roads to Hebdon bridge frequently ,but eddy catches for better views on foot than I'll ever see.very nice Eddy thanks for the memories.

Ian Ashton
