David Dunn gets grilled

Blackburn's David Dunn tackled some tough questions from pupils at Pleckgate High School...

The Samaritans

The Q & A session with David Dunn was set up to highlight the work of the Samaritans and how they can help young people cope with problems such as exams and bullying when they feel they can't tell their parents.

Pupils got to pick the brains of the midfielder at the event which was organised in association with the Samaritans.

Dunn talked about how he coped with the highs and lows of being a footballer, the team spirit at Rovers and how his daughter was less than impressed with his performance on the pitch.

"Daddy, you're running round in circles."

David Dunn's daughter, Mia

After watching him play his daughter told him: "Daddy, you're running round in circles."

He got some good advice from one of the pupils - Conrad - who reckons Rovers will finish in the top 5 of the Premiership.

Conrad told him: "You better aim high!"
