From 8.00pm to 10.00pm on Thursday nights it’s all about new stuff on BBC Radio Lancashire. Sean McGinty brings you BBC Introducing - two hours of totally fresh alternative music, features and an online place for you to get involved.

BBC Introducing is where you'll find the very best new music, new writers, new videos and anything else we can think of with the word 'new' in front of it. How do we do all this on a radio programme with such a limited budget? It's simple... we don't. You do. Then we pretend it was all our idea and put it online on this website.

There'll be a BBC Introducing tour, the BRYAN awards, sessions with the county's finest bands, interviews, features on your town's music scene and facts that will make you more attractive to everyone you meet. (That bit's not true.)

All you need to do is turn to 95.5, 103.9 or 104.5 on your FM radio, find us on DAB or listen anytime you fancy online.
