From October 1st 2002, the minimum wage rate was increased to £4.20 an hour. The rate for younger people was set at £3.60 an hour. If it is your legal right to be paid the minimum wage, you cannot be sacked or victimised if you complain about your employer's failure to meet it. Do you believe that this law is being adhered to?
