Monday 13th July

The Velvet Underground were one of the most influential bands in the history of rock and Roger's joined by the man who's written a book about them tonight...... Richie Unterberger is a noted rock writer and historian who analyses the band's career in forensic detail, drawing on more than 100 interviews with band-members and associates.

Tuesday 14th June

Before he played an open air gig at Canterbury, we caught up with Brit Award winning singer James Morrison.  Tonight we'll hear the multi-million selling artist talk about supporting Bruce Springsteen, why family is so important to him and how he ended up duetting with Nelly Furtado on "Broken Strings".
The A to Z of Music continues after 8 and Daniella Clyne's in after 9 with an hour of Jazz music.

Wednesday 15th July

They've been performing since the mid 70s, released 21 albums to date and are one of the UK's top reggae bands...Aswad's original band member Drummie joins Roger tonight. The band that gave us the number 1 "Dont Turn Around" are preparing for their performance at Brooklands near Southampton on Saturday.

Thursday 16th July

Roger's guest tonight spent ten years with the Average White Band, before going onto work with the likes of Aretha Franklin, Chaka Khan and Paul McCartney... He also wrote songs for Smokey Robinson, Jeffrey Osborne, George Benson and Diana Ross....Hamish Stuart is on after 7pm.
