Who's on with Roger this week?

Join Roger Day for the music you remember and the stars who made it....

Only The Beatles and Elvis Presley have had more UK number ones than Roger's guests tonight.  Nicky, Kian, Mark and Shane from Westlife talk about their amazing career and take us through tracks from their 10th album.
We count down the Noughties!  This week we focus on 2003 and play one of the best songs from that year Monday to Thursday this week.... Plus e-mail Roger with your memories of 2003 - roger.day@bbc.co.uk  The A to Z of Pop Music continues after 8, while from 9 Phil Molyneux brings us a whole hour of Show Tunes.

Tuesday 10th November

After leaving Yazoo she went on to become one of Britain's most popular female singers of the 80's.  Tonight Alison Moyet talks to Roger about 3 decades at the top and where you can see her on tour.
Roger Spear phones in to tell us about his popular act '3 Bonzo's and a Piano', plus we count down the Noughties with another track from 2003, The A to Z of Music continues from 8 and we have an hour of Jazz music after 9 with Daniela Clynes.

Wednesday 11th November

Deep Purple are back on tour this week and keyboardist Don Airey talks to Roger about what it was like to succeed the legendary Jon Lord, plus tells us tales from his times playing with the likes of Ozzy Osbourne, Whitesnake, Gary Moore and Andrew Lloyd Webber!
We catch up with former Men At Work lead singer Colin Hay to find out what he's been up to since "Land Down Under" smashed the charts in the early 80's, plus the Noughties countdown continues with another track from 2003, after 8 - it's the A to Z of Pop Music… Get in early by e-mailing roger.day@bbc.co.uk And then for the final hour Steve Cherelle joins us to play the best in Country.

Thursday 12th November

He's the only band member to appear on every Yes album - tonight bassist Chris Squire explains his longevity and how he gets his trademark baroque sound as the group set out on tour this week.
We count down the Noughties with another track from 2003, plus, the A to Z of Pop Music continues…Roger's looking for the surname or band's name beginning with the chosen letter... And then, for the last hour it's Big Band and Swing with the suave and sophisticated Grant James.
