Carol Service

This year the BBC Radio Kent Carol Service was held at Rochester Cathedral.

Rochester Cathedral choir

Attended by just over 900 hundred listeners, the service -  "the Starlight Birth" began with a welcome from the Very Reverend Adrian Newman, Dean of Rochester Cathedral.

Also taking part in the service were Canon Philip Hesketh, Canon Pastor, Reverend Neil Thompson, the Precentor and the Reverend Jean Kerr, Canon Missioner.
Director Music, Scott Farell led the Rochester Cathedral Choir and the organist was Roger Sayer.

The readings were given by Lynn Wallis-Eade, Matt Davison, Rosemary Crick, Dave Cash, Alex Ward and Jo Burn.  Also, Father Wilfrid McGreal and Reverend Canon Chris Stone who are regular contributors to the "Sunday" programme.
