How do you get young parents to spend more time telling stories to their kids? By making it fun and throwing in the chance to learn to juggle of course!
Learning reading and writing skills is not simply the preserve of the young.
There are 6 million parents in the UK who also struggle with the basics and by encouraging them to become more involved in the art of storytelling, it's possible to turn learning into a fun, family affair.
On Tunbridge Wells' Sherwood Estate, the new TN2 Community Centre and the Town and Country Housing Association are on a mission to build links - not only between communities - but also between parent and child. This is where story-telling, and circus skills, come in.
