Audio: Who Controls Dartford?

August 2006: BBC Radio Kent's Clare Tiptaft reported on Dartford's future at the heart of Kent's Thames Gateway development. Does it make more sense for the town to be part of Kent or a new London borough?

It may sound far-fetched, but the Government may consider handing some of the county's northern boroughs over to Ken Livingston. 

It happened in 1965 and it could well happen again. Reporter Clare Tiptaft looks at the future of Dartford - sitting uncomfortably close to London, in the heart of the Thames Gateway.
