The Final Result
The search is over - Lee is Joseph!
The moment that everyone had been waiting for was upon us - the announcement of who would be playing the role of Joseph on the West End stage would be coming soon.
First Keith and Lee sang their favourite song from the list of those they had performed earlier in the series. Keith sang Always On My Mind, while Lee sang Paint It Black. All the eliminated Josephs returned to the stage for a group performance of The Boys Are Back In Town, and then Keith and Lee performed a duet of Jesus Christ Superstar, to which Andrew could only respond that both boys were fantastic.
Over three million votes were cast, and the time came for Graham to announce that Lee had won both the competition and the role of Joseph. Lee was overcome at the news, saying: "I want to thank everyone so much. I'm going to go out there and give you a hell of a show."
Video clips of all the performances will be placed on the site early next week.

Have to say, think that Lee is being very professional in his approach to the virus he's caught,at the end of the day even the strongest get ill, bt it's those who take hold of it and do something productive about it that carry on strong. Well, I agree that there IS no competition for you, Lee! But you are in no way holding yourself back! You haven't done ANYTHING wrong so far, in my opinion, so if you think you can do even better then that will REALLY be something to see! The loincloth challenge will be interesting, but can't imagine you will disappoint there either!! ;->If anything might hold you back, it could be some people's perception that as you are already so successful as a performer, you deserve the break less.
