Who are we looking for?
Q: I don’t have any production experience or training – can I still apply?
A: Yes, we are interested in your potential and flexible attitude.
Q. I already have production experience - can I still apply?
A: If you have less than one year’s experience in a similar role, you are eligible to apply. If you have had a more than a year’s experience in total then you are discouraged from applying as the pool is for entry level roles.
Q. What qualifications do I need to apply?
A: There are no minimum academic qualifications – we are looking for people with potential and enthusiasm.
Q. What if I am not available when the scheme starts?
A: There will be a variety of opportunities throughout the year. If you are successful in securing a place on the Scheme, your Talent Manager will try to work around your availability.
Q. What is an assessment and interview day? Do I need to prepare anything for it?
A: The assessment day will give you a chance to show us your potential and to meet managers from production teams so that you can ask any questions you might have. We will ask you to take part in two activities; a group exercise and interview. There will also be an interview with two managers. You do not need to prepare anything in advance and details of what to expect will be given to you nearer the time.
Q. When will assessments be?
A: Assessments will take place between 21 February to 17 March 2011 in the place you have applied to (Birmingham, Manchester or London). If you’re not available during this period we will be unable to proceed with your application.
