What's coming to BBC North?

Salford Quays is now or shortly will be, the home of some of the BBC’s best-loved content. Departments include BBC Children’s, BBC Radio 5 live, parts of Future Media & Technology, BBC Learning, BBC Sport and BBC Breakfast. There are also a number of business support functions based in our new home, such as marketing, training and HR.

They join a host of other departments that have previously been based in Manchester. These include Current Affairs, Entertainment, Comedy, Regional and Local programmes, Religion and Ethics, the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra and Network radio.
