Layzell is a former Jersey Deputy, having served St Brelade Number
one for nine years. He was involved with setting up "Save Jersey's
Heritage" and publishing the environmental manifesto "Notre
Ile" in 1993.
to Mr Layzell people in Jersey are corncerned about the way the
States spends money. If elected, he would like to be involved in
the reform of government and it's finances so that more money can
be spent on hospitals, houses, schools and pensions. He wants islanders
to be given value for money.
Layzell believes the reform of government will bring people closer
to the States so that they feel decisions are being taken in their
name rather than it being a "them and us" situation.
