| Do
you find yourself talking about last night’s tv or what you
heard on the radio? Or do you think we could improve this Where-I-Live
website?
Well,
this is your opportunity to tell the people who make BBC programmes
and websites exactly what you think of them!
The
BBC is funded by the licence-fee, paid by every household in the
UK that has a television. Because of this, the BBC needs to be accountable
to all licence-fee payers, and to help do that, it invites a panel
of people in each area to meet between four and six times a year.
They discuss everything from how good the weather forecasts are
to the ways we report your local news.
Unfortunately
we’re not able to pay you for this, but you will get your
travel paid for.
We’re
looking for people from every walk of life and everywhere in the
county – so no matter what your age, whether you’re
in work or not, if you’re interested, please complete an application
form and return it by Friday 14 November.
You
can get get an application form by downloading a Word
document here.
Or
alternatively you can request one by emailing ruth.beveridge@bbc.co.uk
or telephoning 01534 870000
