Tim Pollard brings you a wonderful selection of classical music every Sunday from 08:00. Tim has been presenting Sunday Classics since the early days of BBC Radio Jersey.

Every week Tim brings you a fantastic selection of classical tracks for all tastes and moods in a range of styles.

If you miss Sunday Classics on a Sunday you can catch it again every Thursday with the Classical Selection from 18:00.

Two Sundays ago you played a wonderful piano movement, a schrzo from a concerto I believe you said but I did not catch the composers name. Could you help please?

Dear Tim,The late Major John Etienne was born in St. Peter and except for the war years and for a short time when he married he lived in St. Clement, never in St. Saviour, he himself told you this a few years ago.Regards Peter
