Investec Mens’ League Report For 2004-2005 Season. The season started and ended with the Upton. JHC Gobis played Columbians in Guernsey in September 2004 as an available date had not been found at the end of the previous season. Gobis won 5-3. In between saw the most competitive season for some time with OV Convicts finishing just ahead of JHC Thornbacks.
In the second division Crusaders enjoyed a fabulous season
winning every league game to claim the title.
The Minor Cup was retained by JHC Thornbacks following
a play off against Hautlieu. OV's 1st XI won the Senior Cup and hence
the right to play the Upton. Once again it was against Columbians - this
time OV's won 4-1. The victory was some consolation to Jersey for losing
the 1st XI Inter Insular.
More fitting though was the manner of the result with
Mark Dicker scoring two fabulous solo goals - a feature that has made
him the outstanding player of the season.

Investec Ladies League Report for 2004-2005 Season
A hard fought season saw the division one title going
to RWB who had a fabulous season winning all of their games.
Success was not restricted to the leagues with RWB also
winning the CI Club Championship and the Upton.
The Development Division was a closer fought affair with
Quackers B stealing the title from Crusaders by a single point.
Jersey Ladies had a good Inter Insulars with the 1stXI
winning and the 3rdXI retaining their respective titles.
