Britain is in the middle of a new musical revolution, well re-revolution where anything goes but quality wins out, regardless of style. Everything from punk to (pure) pop and right through from Soul to Swing is making it to the top of the album charts. You have the Joss Stone with the voice of a 60 year old Jazz legend in the body of a 18 year old beauty on one hand and the awesome indie electro sound of Franz Ferdinand making the girls dance on the other. Jersey has been showing this same trend for a few years and now holds in its grasp some incredible bands, from the indie Merge to the in your face Bothered Face now is a very good time to be a music fan in Jersey. As well as the increased number of bands there seems to be something on every night of the week, you can bomp it at the Q-Club, mash it at Fusion and rock-out at Jersey Live.
