Technical problems

I'm still waiting for an email

Note for Hotmail.com users: users who subscribed using a hotmail.com accounts have reported problems with emails not turning up (hotmail.co.uk accounts seem to be working fine though). If you're a hotmail.com user and are stuck, we'd suggest the follwing:

1) if you don't mind starting again, resubscribe again using an alternative email account.
2) Contact us using the feedback link below telling us your username and which day you're stuck on. We'll move you forward to the next day's game. This may take a couple of days though.

New puzzle emails should come 24 hours after you've finished the last game. If your next puzzle email hasn't arrived first check you've properly completed the game and recieved the 'end of day' email for that puzzle.

Now check your email program's spam/unwanted mail folder. Some email programs filter the game mails as unwanted and put them in a separate folder. You need to tell them to allow emails from the following addresses:

jess@jamierules.co.uk
greta@techminx.co.uk
cochrane.chambers@wickedmail.co.uk
kal.garvey@cheapserve.co.uk
shaz_b@free2mailme.co.uk

Finally, give it another 24 hours. Some users have reported that for no apparent reason one of their emails took 36 or even 48 hours to arrive.

This seems to be entirely random and only affects a small number of emails. The good news is they do turn up eventually, but sometimes you'll need to wait a little longer than usual.

If you've been waiting for more than 72 hours then contact us at the address below and we'll see what we can do.
