Between 1928 and 1931 native Irish speakers were recorded in Ulster, Munster and Connaght, these records are now known as the ‘Doegen Collection’. This programme examines the recordings which were made in Ulster and features the voices of native speakers from Antrim, Tyrone, Armagh, Derry, Louth and Donegal.
