We're looking at loans and asking why bank rates here are so high? The Governor of the Bank of Uganda tells us he's deeply dissatisfied at what the banks charge. And he's threatened action, if they don't cut their rates. And, is your mobile phone value for money? Have you experienced dropped calls or spam texts? We talk to Uganda's largest mobile phone provider, MTN.
