Call You and Yours: Do you get what you want from your bank? Since the collapse of 2008, the big banks have struggled to build a better public image. Stories of inflated bonuses for bosses, and poor treatment of customers have left the industry with a poor reputation. But what kind of service have you received from your bank? When you need help or advice, are they there for you - on the high street, online or on the phone? And do you feel you can trust the advice you receive?
