HARDtalk - Mostafa Hegazy
HARDtalk speaks to Mostafa Hegazy, adviser to Egypt's interim president, about the state of emergency in the country.
'Utter carnage', 'a massacre'. Condemnation of Egypt's government has come thick and fast after the police cleared protest camps and hundreds of people died. He says this isn't about politics, it is a war against extremism. The Egyptian military said much the same when it previously imposed a state of emergency. That lasted 30 years. How long does Mr Hegazy think his government's will last?
