The London 2012 Olympics has been applauded at home and abroad as a huge success in terms of organisation and medals for the host nation. Colin Moynihan is chairman of the British Olympics Association and director of the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games. Legacy was at the heart of London's bid to host the Games.
