Clive Coleman and guests weigh up whether or not the Bribery Bill and proposed reforms are robust enough to achieve their aims. Penalties, plea bargains and the enforcement role of the Serious Fraud Office are examined in the light of recent cases, such as the BAE Systems settlement.
