Sorcerer's Apprentice - Series 3 - Episode 5

It's the halfway point in Magic School's toughest ever term and only eight Sorcerees remain in the running. Miss Evans and Mr Knight introduce the Sorcerees to the delicate art of Silent Magic. It looks like it's going to be a tough task for 11-year-old chatterbox Emma who quickly proves that it's not the boys who can make the loudest noise.

The winner of the performance challenge will receive safety from the next elimination. To succeed, they must combine fencing skills with a dramatic edge to produce a show-stopping fight movie scene onstage. Tutored by professional stuntmen who've worked in everything from Hollywood movies to top TV shows, the boys and girls are split up into mixed pairs for the first time. There's a whiff of romance in the air for Oliver and Emma whilst Abbie tries her hardest to dramatically change Jack's dress sense. Which double act will fight their way to victory?

As the dust settles after frantic performances in the theatre, the Sorcerer has a surprise announcement, but will it bring happiness or unexpected heartbreak? As always, Mr Knight and Miss Evans wage their own war in the increasingly ridiculous teacher challenge, and David Penn takes silent magic out onto the streets.
