America's space agency, NASA, is again planning to take humans to the moon and by 2037, the first manned mission to Mars. Kevin Connolly talks to one of NASA's senior administrators, John Olson, at the NASA headquarters in Washington. As the US government attempts to steer the country out of the economic recession, he asks whether outer space is just a step too far.
