In an exclusive interview, he gives his first public reaction to the government's Digital Britain proposals to break the BBC's historic monopoly on the television licence fee. He also responds to questions about the position of Sir Alan Sugar as a government advisor and presenter of The Apprentice, executive pay and expenses, and much else besides. He also gives a first reaction the BBC's new proposals on taste and decency following the Radio 2 Ross/Brand affair.
