Tracey Emin, the bad girl of British art, rose from total obscurity to become a celebrity in her own right. But her success did not come without cost.
Her outrageous behaviour and brand of autobiographical art quickly became fodder for the British tabloids, who regarded her as a con artist, resented her success and ridiculed her art.
Piers talks to Tracey about her place in the British public's affections and wonders if her newly-found sobriety is in fact ruining her image, turning her from the Sid Vicious of art into the Queen Mum. (R)
