Ziggy's UK adventures continue when he joins his friends at the swimming pool to learn all about their favourite activity. With the help of his friends, he discovers who can do the doggy paddle and what kind of glasses help you see underwater. He also creates his own special Ziggy swimming move.
Meanwhile, Sportacus gets energetic as he introduces his latest exercise; Mayor Meanswell and Bessie Busybody present the latest LazyTown news headlines. Stephanie and her friends are on the move as they show how to do the Bing Bang dance, while Stingy learns a lesson on what's needed to practise swimming. Pixel sets Sportacus a new challenge: to do a jump. Will Sportacus succeed?
