Nina investigates how sand dunes are made with the help of Felix, her touch neuron.

Explorers Jamila, Johanna and Mae visit Nina in her workshop and discover that sand dunes are made by the wind. Next, they visit Portrush in Northern Ireland to see a really big sand dune for themselves and they learn that sand dunes move backwards very slowly. Lastly, they find out that plants on the top of the sand dune stop the sand dune from moving.
