Advertisements for well paid positions are appearing across the East in newspapers, on websites and even on Job Centre Plus, offering £8.50 an hour for data inputting. Claims are made that new offices are opening in Peterborough, Bury St Edmunds, Felixstowe, Northampton, Norwich and Luton to name but a few. But the offices don’t exist. And the jobs aren’t real. Instead job hopefuls can end up parting with fees and landing a hefty phone bill, with nothing to show for it. We track down the man behind it all – and investigate how jobs that don’t exist can appear on a Government backed website. OsmaniaTeresa from Northamptonshire is obsessed.
