Inside Out is a regional current affairs programme broadcast weekly during the autumn, winter and spring.
You can find the programme on Mondays at 7.30pm on BBC One. Our Inside Out England specials are the only variation in this schedule.
And as we say, we bring you "surprising stories from familiar places".
We see our brand of current affairs as extending the huge resource that BBC News Online provides - broadening the coverage to embody issues that affect our daily lives on the street.

Can I watch this programme on the internet?
All Inside Out programmes are available via the BBC iPlayer for seven days after the programme is broadcast. There are links to the iPlayer from the Inside Out web pages.
There are also, video clips and individual items from programmes available through the story’s web page.

The BBC is responsible for all the comments published on the site. Therefore, we have to remove any libellous or potentially libellous statements from messages. We also aim to publish as many comments as possible, and will sometimes shorten statements to make it easier for users to read as many different views as possible.
How do I obtain information on future programmes?
Programme details can be obtained a week in advance of transmission from the BBC’s television listings site. These will also appear in the Radio Times.
