The majority of I&A customers are either in house departments or independent production houses making BBC commissioned programmes. All customers will need a valid BBC charge code to use I&A services. Please refer to the Independent Production User Guide for more information.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for Information and Archives to provide research or copies of BBC archive material for personal reuse. However, if you were involved in the production of a BBC programme (either as a performer or production staff), you may be able to obtain a copy of the programme via Contributor Access. Please visit the Contributor Access website for more information.
