Pushchairs,
Paddling Pools and Wig-Wams by Kirsty Greenfield and Ellie Marchant-Williams
Kirsty Greenfield:
Tell us
about yourself:
I am 15. I like watching Formula 1 and I went to the British Grand Prix
in July (2003). My friends think Im crazy. At weekends me and Ellie
enjoy being stupid.
Whats your story about?
It is about mine and Ellies friendship. It starts from when we met
to the current day, talking about big events in our friendship.
We talk about when we met, the big fall-out, things we would do together
and at the end what we think about each other.
Why did you choose to tell this particular story?
Friendship is a great thing. I am lucky to have a friend as good as Ellie.
Without her life would be boring.
Any Additional Comments?
No.
Ellie Marchant-Williams
Tell us
about yourself:
Well, Im 15. I love photography and listening to music. Hanging
out with my mates especially my best friend Kirsty. When we hang
out, erm, lets just say wed be sectioned if anyone were to
witness our crazy actions. (Damn, Ive said too much already).
Whats
your story about?
My story is about mine and Kirstys friendship. How we met, what
we used to do when we were younger. What weve been through together.
Our fall-out and how weve grown closer gradually and
then become inseparable (well, according to our photography
tutor, Flip) over the past ten years. Plus, how much we mean to each other
and that we wouldnt be the same without each other.
Why did
you choose to tell this particular story?
I well, we decided to tell this story because we thought
it would show people what a good friendship we have plus how a fall-out
can make you stronger and closer. And that no matter what happens, well
always be there for each other to help. Soppy I know, but thats
how it is.
Any additional
comments?
Im not sure if this counts as an additional comment, but ILL
say it anyway: Id like to thank everyone who gave me the chance
to tell my story and although I wasnt there towards the end, it
was a great opportunity and I enjoyed the time I was there. And Id
like to send a big thank you to Olivia and Rupert for the encouragement
they gave me!
