I want to take this opportunity to thank all our friends and supporters from UK for your continual support to our school. We appreciate for everything and may God bless you. Once again I want to welcome everyone to the third term.
I was just reflecting on our partnership and wanted to let you know how much it means to me. Your thoughtfulness always makes my days a little brighter, and problems seem a whole lot smaller.
Last month we were able to do most of the renovation in the school.
Boys dormitory
With money that we received from the UK we have renovated the boys dormitory. The floor that had come out is now cemented and so there is no more dust and boys are enjoying the new floor. We have also cemented the space outside the dormitory. We have made a new shower so the boys can now take a shower near their dormitory. I'm admiring the beautifully decorated room around me. I appreciate the time you took to raise money to complete this wonderful work for my boys. Thank you for all you've done. Thank you for providing such a warm, safe, educational, and fun environment for our boys.

The new library
The new library
The new Charles Coombes library is now open for the students as they return to their studies. Thank you to all who gave to this.
New term starts 2nd September
We had a successful opening and the turn up was good. Some children are still reporting and the learning is going on very well. We I have had two businesses meeting with two school both senior school and junior to plan the way forward for this term.
Food prices are going up
The teachers express their fear of the living cost , prices of food and other things had gone up almost double to what we used to buy - this is because of the rise of petrol. Electricity too was very high in our school we used to pay between four thousand and three right now we are paying 8000 to 9000 Kenya shillings. Text books and chalks have also gone up. We decided how teaching responsibilities would be shared out among the teachers. The term calendar was also made. Next week we shall have CAT thus continual assessment test. This will help to evaluate both the teachers and students work. On 18th October we shall have parents for prayers of our candidates who will be writing their national examinations The school will close officially on 25th November 2008
