It is showing a range on features, from local arts material, event information, latest news and sport, plus a selection of programmes from the BBC's range of digital TV channels. The screen has made possible by a unique partnership; Hull City Council who own the screen and plan events in the square; Philips, who provide and maintain the hardware, and the BBC, who run the screen and organise the content.
