I'm tying to gather any information about my uncle Private Frederick Samuel Edwards on behalf of my mother, and her remaining family. He was in The Black Watch(Royal Highlanders) 6th Battalion. His Date of Death was 26/04/43 Aged 20 years. He was born in Quarry Bank, Staffordshire. All I know he is remembered with Honour at the Medjez-El-Bab war memorial in Tunisia.

My mother was only 4 years old when her brother was killed, so can only remember what other people have told her about him. I was hoping I'd find anyone who could remember Sam,to give his remaining brothers and sisters peace of mind.

Thank you for any information
