My Grandfather served in the LRDG before moving on to what was going to become Cpt Stirlings SAS. He filled me with lots of stories of his travels.

My Grandmother served with the Red Cross in Beirut (1940-46) after fleeing from Poland at the outbreak of the war and is where they both fell in love.

A couple of years ago I was given an album which contains photos of the North Africa landings, the Malta run and photos of crew members of HMS Resolution at play and at battle. Also mass burials at sea, the bombing of HMS Illustrious also photos of HMS Argus and so on.

There are a couple of close up pictures of crew members that I would like to find out who they were. They were taken September 1943 after the surrender of the Italian Fleet at Alexandra. How can I post them here?
