About the author
Penn Smith is a researcher with a wide experience of interviewing. Having gathered the reminiscences of family historians and having worked as a host on the BBC's World War Two Archive, she has developed a particular interest in the way people construct retrospective explanations, which she is continuing to explore within the specialist area of usability research.
