1986 HOSPITAL

 Greenfields Hospital was biult in     
 1900. It was originally an Isolation  
 Hospital. It caters for 70 patients   
 and most of them come from Haringey.  
 For a short time in 1960 it was a     
 Maternity Hospital but has been a     
 Geriatric Hospital since then.(The    
 Hospital used to be private and was   
 called Southgate Annexe.)             
                                       
 There is a Geriatric Estate in the    
 area. It is about 10 years old and    
 contains about 60 houses, with 65 to

In 2011 the BBC published the survey online and for six months invited updates to the photographs and text to celebrate the 25th anniversary.

Shortly afterwards the website was added to The National Archives’ UK Government Web Archive.
