1986 Huntercombe Place - YCC

Huntercombe Place is a Youth Custody   
Centre.There are one hundred and       
ninety six bortsal boys and one        
hundred men to look after them.There   
are one hundred living quarters for the
boys to share in groups of two or three
to a quarter.The boys come from        
courts all over the country.           
There is a man he is the farmer        
provids food.There are two men who     
have being there sins 1973 when it     
opened.Thereis a big wood with 10,000  
trees. Many of the officer's families  
live on site in the 39 homes provided  
and their children attend Nettlebed    
Primary School, or Langtree            
Comprehensive at Woodcote.The boys     
play cricket.
