 A typical workshop will include the   
 folling main sections-stripping and   
 dismantling, initial inspection,      
 welding and fabrication, machining    
 and final testing.There is not much   
 work for the workshop now in 1985.    
 The planners job is to ensure that    
 the workdhop is ready for work when   
 the men come in and control jobs in   
 progress.                             
 They have a medical center were the   
 men get taken before they go to       
 hospitalfor treatment.                
 The coal cutter has a blade at the    
 front, a gear box at the back and an  
 engine in the middle.                 
 The planners job is to ensure that the
 workshop is ready for work. The       
 workshop manager is responsable for   
 all workshop activitys, both          
 engineering and staff.
