1986 EATON HALL FARM (Present)

 Eaton Hall farm has been owned by     
 Mr.J.S.Phillips for the past 24 years.
 As he also owns another farm in       
 Doveridge, Mr. Phillips employs a farm
 manager who lives on the farm with his
 wife and family. The farm now covers  
 only 130 acres and there are no longer
 any milking cows. At present 17 acres 
 of the land are used for growing      
 Barley, 29 acres are used for growing 
 Wheat and the rest is used for grazing
 beef cattle.The farm contains 8       
 buildings including the farm house,   
 barn, parlour, crop store and sheds.  
 Many of the buildings are over 100
