1986 INDUSTRY

                                       
  Cannock is a developing town with    
plenty of oppotunities for industrial  
growth. It has an industrial tradition 
stretching back to the iron industry.  
There is also the coal mining industry 
which has developed over the years     
into a highly skilled and technological
industry.

 abour.                                
Excellent road access to all parts of  
the country.                           
It is on the edge of the conurbation   
for a whole range of manufacturing and

Shortly afterwards the website was added to The National Archives’ UK Government Web Archive.
