1986 Cupar Trading Estate

                                       
  Cupar Trading Estate is situated     
 approx. 400m. to east of Cupar. It is 
 on the site of the former Sugar Beet  
 Factory. It is a serviced site, about 
 2.0 hectares with land & premises for 
 lease. Firms which have taken up      
 residence here are :_ Cupar Garden    
 Centre, Prestige Homes, Firth Garages 
 Ltd., Kingdom Property Preservation,  
 Pendal Commercial Spares, Gillies &   
 Henderson, Charles & Co.              
  Closeby is the Prestonhall site, 2.3 
 hectares where the S.D.A. have built 2
 advance factories. Both are occupied ,
 one by Spittle Hydraulic Valves Ltd.  
 Most of these firms are small with a  
 labour force of less than 25. Between 
 the Estate & Cupar, in a field, is
