1986 Recreation Gymnastics.

 Every Monday, Tuesday, Friday and
Saturday I go to Glan Y Mor School for
gymnastic training. We train for 2\
 hours _ 18 00 till 20 30. We all start
 with warming up exercises,like running
 around,splits,and leg swinging. Then I
move on to the bars and do my sequence
three times. I then perform another
sequence on the beam which I do three
times. On the vault I practise ten long
 arms,half on's and half off's. The
three tumbling exercises on the floor
are round off, flick and straight. For
my second one I do round off, flick,
whip, flick, tuck. My third one is round
 off,flick,tuck. Then just before we
 finish, we do strengthening exercises
such as press ups, v.sits, squats and
back lifts. These I do thirty times
each. As a result of hard work I have
been chosen to represent The West
 Wales Gymnastic Team and Wales.
