The well is situated on the West Malvern Road.

There is parking on the road but spaces are difficult to find as lots of the nearby houses don't have off-road parking.

The road itself links West Malvern with the Wyche Cutting.

Malvern Hills District Council put a warning on all the wells saying that the water should be boiled before drinking.
